TRAINING OPTIONS FOR ALL LEVELS
Everyone that’s new to CrossFit will first go through our Spartan Fundamentals course. You’ll learn all the basic movements we do in the regular class. That way, you won’t feel lost when you start the regular CrossFit classes. During Fundamentals, we’ll start your workouts to match your current fitness level. The difficulty will be slowly increased as your fitness improves. By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge and physical fitness to start the CrossFit classes with your new friends you met during Fundamentals.
Our CrossFit classes provide the ultimate results in the way you look, feel and perform. You’ll get lean, lose fat and increase your endurance, flexibility and strength. Each time you come to class, one of our expert coaches will guide you through the training session. You’ll find the small group keeps it fun and motivating. Plan to attend 3 or more classes each week to experience the best results.
One of our top coaches will work with you to develop an individualized training program specific to your goals. Many people choose personal training because they feel focused attention is needed to get to the fitness level they desire. Others have a specific performance goal like running a race or competing in an event. Personal training is the perfect route to optimizing your training and nutrition.
Our Spartan Youth Athletics program provides a safe way to train teens physically and teach them how to excel mentally. It provides a challenge that keeps them engaged and teaches them how to excel athletically and socially. Young athletes (ages 13-18) will develop strength, coordination, agility, speed, and confidence. Our Spartan Youth Athletics program develops the attributes necessary for athletic performance all while having a great time!
